Photos from CO to CA drive, Sept., '08

Photos taken during the drive last September from Edwards, Colorado to Alta, California. I departed @ 5:30am, and arrived @ 8:30pm; total drive time was 15 hours.

This is on Route 50, heading west. There are few stops for food and service; you learned how to read the vehicle's fuel guage and passing mileage signs, fast. It was warm, arid and quiet, outside of the vehicle during stops. No wildlife, except for bugs.
